Nope! There is no Membership fee. You just pay for your awesome rotis.
CAN YOU SHIP BULK ORDERS OR PAY IN ADVANCE?
Sorry, we don't offer bulk orders at this time, only the bi-monthly/twice a month subscription frequency.
How often do you ship?
Roti in a box are shipped twice a month - around 15th and 30th every month.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
There’s no contract on the monthly packages — you just pay as you go, and you can cancel any time up to 5 days before the monthly ship date.
What if I need more roti?
You can login into your account and increase your order or email us and we'll increase it for you. Please contact us at least 5 days before the ship date.
What’s the RotisInABox refund policy?
Our goal is to always be fair and reasonable. If you're unsatisfied with the service we'd be happy to grant a refund up to 5 business days before the ship date. Because the Roti are made fresh we cannot accept return or refund requests on roti that has already been shipped.
What happens after my first month?
If you like the roti, you will continue to be billed twice a month and receive roti like clockwork every month. If you don't like the roti you cancel.
How much is shipping & handling?
The roti ship free in the 48 contiguous states. It's roughly $9 a box more for Hawaii and Alaska.
